We all know giving is so much better than receiving. What a wonderful feeling to see someone’s face light up when you give them a really special gift that shows thought and effort. This year is challenging though – financially and logistically. Instead of spending a lot of money or waiting in long lines at the post office 6-feet apart, consider planning a special holiday Facetime or Zoom where everyone brings two favorite family memories or two things they’re most grateful for to get real conversation going. Gather up some old pictures into a photo collage or edit together a few favorite video clips on I-movie – you’ll have a meaningful gift to send by email that will floor that special someone. This is definitely the year for gifts from the heart.
